− Only one lift and it’s quite slow and narrow. It would make the experience better if hotel can make sure the smart tv is functioning before guest check in.

− No issues with the actual hotel. The restaurant which is not run by the hotel but is in the lobby is not up to standard with breakfast or coffee though.

− Poor service 1. Check in - was on a telephone call seemingly private conversation while dragging my check in very long as her attention was in the private phone chat 2. Poor house keeping service - had to go right down to the reception to request room cleaning despite clearly flagging cleaning need 3. Rude house keeping staff
