Prima di tutto la posizione: è direttamente sulla piazzetta di Alfama, a due passi dal grande parcheggio del terminal crociere di Lisbona, costo circa 20€/giorno. Con pochi minuti si arriva alla Baixa, al castello, ai quartieri del centro più orientali. Check-in automatico dato che siamo arrivati tardi e la reception era chiusa, senza nessun problema. Abbiamo alloggiato nella camera da 10 ad uso per 4, chiaramente gli altri letti non erano utilizzabili, al terzo piano. I letti sono molto comodi. Non c'è l'ascensore. La camera è grande ed è ben arredata, non ci sono armadi ma armadietti e molti sgabelli. Molte finestre che si affacciano sui tetti e sulla piazzetta, la luce e l'aria non mancano. Anche se è a tetto basta aprire un po' le finestre per raffrescare, non è stato necessario usare l'aria condizionata che comunque è presente. Il bagno privato è nel corridoio ma tutto il corridoio, piccolo, è a disposizione della camera ed un separé chiude la vista verso il vano scale. il bagno è abbastanza grande per più persone, con sgabelli di appoggio e ampia doccia. La colazione è completa di dolce e salato, minimale come gli spazi in generale ma c'è di tutto. Lo spazio per la colazione è ristretto ma le ragazze della gestione sono rapide nella preparazione e nella pulizia. La pulizia in generale è ottima.

Lage sehr gut, Personal sehr freundlich, alles sehr sauber, kunstvoll gestaltet - das ganze Haus von Zimmer bis Treppenhaus ist toll gemacht, Frühstück klein, aber dennoch ausreichend. Küche nutzbar, ebenfalls sehr sauber.

L’emplacement est juste parfait et le personnel au petit soin. Nous sommes venus à Lisbonne pour une occasion particulière et nous avons été très touchés par le personnel qui nous avait réservé une petite surprise. Un grand merci pour l’accueil :)

Really nice staff and pleasant breakfast. Fridge for the guests. Creative decoration. Great location. Comfortable bed, pillow and good towels.

− Noise from the street for two nights, because of the Sardines Festival. We were there at the end of June. Only one large blanket (in this hot weather it was only a bed sheet) for 2 pple sleeping on the double bed - but you can ask about that in advance and I am sure they provide whatever you need. We did that after the fist night. The room looked slightly bigger on the photos than in reality, but for 3 nights it was still all right.

Great place to stay and the artsy decor and vibe are wonderful!

Location is great! Near the water, right on the edge of the Alfama district. Breakfast was great. Room was great. The two women I dealt with were supremely kind and attentive.
