Great room, even better host!
10.0Excellent location away from the busy tourist areas, but not too far from anything. Riccardo was an amazing host, explaining anything we wanted to know about Venice as soon as we arrived, including directions for using the water bus to get to the room. He offered his personal recommendations for wine bars and restaurants in a thorough detailed list, to help us avoid the tourist traps and find the best local food. Every place we tried from his list was amazing. The room itself was very nice and clean, easily accessible from the street on the ground level.

10.0Apartament utrzymany w nienagannej czystości , to dla mnie absolutny priorytet i tutaj nie miałam żadnych zastrzeżeń. Wszystko świeże, zadbane, na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Lokalizacja doskonała, a obsługa zasługuje na najwyższe noty. Właściciel był niezwykle pomocny i zaangażowany. Miłym zaskoczeniem były przygotowane polecajki dotyczące miejsc, gdzie zjeść śniadanie, obiad czy kolację. Korzystałam z tych wskazówek i ani razu się nie rozczarowałam, każde miejsce było trafione. Zdecydowanie polecam i z przyjemnością wybrałabym ten nocleg ponownie

10.0Staying here was the best experience we've had in Venice. The location is perfect. It is situated in a quiet, authentic neighborhood and incredibly close to St. Mark's Square. The place itself was spotless, modern, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. I can't help but mention that the bed was super comfortable. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the host, Riccardo. He was in touch from the moment we arrived in Venice until the day we left. He was incredibly helpful especially in guiding us through the water transport system (Vaporetto), ensuring we knew exactly how to get around. He also shared great recommendations for true Venetian restaurants. Truly an ideal host and a wonderful apartment. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip!
