The location is good for sight seeing, late checkin inconvenient and comms from host could be better

− Communication could have been better. We weren't provided any check in information until 1 hour before check in at 3:00. We arrived in Venice at 10:30 am so it was a very long wait to get instructions, and early check in was not an option.
