Disappointed as the accommodation presented itself as more than it was. The location saved the trip.
4.0The location of this place is very comfortable and right at the center of everything. The roof-terrace cafe of the close by museum is amazing and super for breakfast. Very responsive system to communicate via Booking-Chat - unfortunately several things could not be fixed, despite friendly communication.
− I was very disappointed about multiple things going wrong - some were fixed, some were simply denied. At the end Booking stepped up and fixed it as they agreed with my points, but the accommodation did not. To explain why I am disappointed: the claim overall is "luxury apartments". At the bottom line, the king-size bed was only queen size, the (quite small) TV was broken as were several power outlets. The toilet seat was also broken, when I arrived. The only thing that was fixed (very quickly, though, within a few hours) was the toilet seat. However, I do not understand how it can happen that things like that are overlooked when cleaning. The TV stayed broken, the power outlets were commented with "usually we provide some extension cords, as not all power outlets work all the time". The size of the bed was simply claimed that my expectation was wrong. The room was mostly clean, outside the room sometimes things were lying around for longer periods of time, e.g. multiple large trashbags in an open room just at the entrance - visible whenever we came "home" that day. The lamp on the nightstand had a USB plug, but there was no USB outlet anywhere - I guess bring your own.
