9.0Host disponibile e simpatico. Tutto è pulito e perfettamente funzionante. La cucina al piano superiore è pulita e ben fornita. Il bagno è fuori della camera ma è ad uso esclusivo. La posizione è strategica, non molto lontana dal centro e comunque due passi dalla tranvia. Davvero comoda la possibilità di posteggiare la macchina in un garage al coperto, anche se con sovrapprezzo.
− Il piano superiore, dove si trovano il bagno e la cucina, è un sottotetto, quindi nella stagione estiva raggiunge temperature veramente eccessive. Sarebbe consigliabile installare un condizionatore anche in questa area, oltre che nelle camere.

8.0La habitación está muy bien, muy cómoda la cama y con aire acondicionado. La zona es muy tranquila y de fácil acceso en tranvía
− El baño estaba fuera de la habitación y la cocina es compartida. Quizá lo decía pero estaba del todo claro, de todas maneras es un detalle, el lugar está más que bien, pero solo para tener en cuenta.

1.0− Banyonun ortak olduğundan hiç bahsedilmedi. Bu kadar sıcak bir havada mutfakta klima olmasına rağmen sadece odanız için klima açabilirsiniz demesi kötüydü. Haliyle mutfak o kadar bunaltıcı sıcak ki orada bir şeyler de hazırlayamıyoruz. O nedenle kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum kullanışlı değil

− Preisleistung stimmt leider garnicht.Ich fühlte mich hier leider sehr abgezockt. Wir waren noch nicht im Zimmer und der Besitzer wollte zuerst 20 € haben.angebliche 6 € pro Person Gebühr, die aber eigentlich in meinen gezahlt 89 € waren.Da er nur italienisch und sehr schnell redete, verstand man ihn nicht.wenn man nachfragte reagierte er sehr aggressiv.beim ausschecken klopfte er morgens an die Tür und fragte wann wir denn gehen Die Unterkunft war für die Durchreise in Ordnung, würde ich aber nicht weiterempfehlen Es war leider sehr abgewohnt mit Schimmel im Bad In der Küche war leider nix zum Kaffee kochen und dreckig war es leider auch ( vorallem der Kühlschrank) so das wir uns entschieden essen zu bestellen In einem Satz Nie wieder und nicht weiter zuempfehlen !!!!
