10.0Roberto met us at the entrance. He briefed us on our room and the common area. He and his wife run a polite and welcoming establishment. Our room was spacious enough for four people. It was nice to have a coffee machine and a mini-fridge in the room. The designated hanging area for clothes was a thoughtful touch. Having an iron available, as well as access to cakes, tarts, and tea in the common area, was also great. It is very close to the Vatican and about 2.7 km from the Colosseum. It was nice that the room was cleaned and the towels were replaced on the second day of our four-day stay. Taxis from the airport cost a standard €55. Roberto arranged our taxi for the day we left. Comfortable, enjoyable, and a place we would choose again.
− The air conditioner runs a bit noisily, but since we walk over 25,000 steps everywhere we go, you don't really notice the sound and sleep like a baby.
