3.0The location
− There was no hot water. The host also arrived half an hour late to meet and open the door. I asked for one day off as I had to leave due to the lack of hot water and they refused. A true scam
Nice place to stay for some days in Rome
9.0The room is located just a couple of subway stations from Rima Termini (the nearest station is Spagna I guess). A lot of sights nearby, plenty of restaurants and stores. The room has it's own toilet & shower room, huge and very comfortable bedroom, air conditioner (thx for it!!! it was really damn hot in Rome!), small fridge (thanks for two bottles of water, they really saved my life), toiletries and enough towels. It even has a balcony from which you can see the street and an ancient fortress wall at the opposite side of the road :) The clothes dryer on the balcony helped a bit too.
− There was a problem with the sink drain: the water simply wouldn't flush away, making the sink difficult to use. The horel located on the second (I guess so?) floor of the building and it wasn't that easy to find it at first.
Ci siamo trovati benissimo.
9.0Posizione,l'alloggio, la pulizia e la gentilezza della padrone di casa
− Nulla da segnalare

9.0Pulizia e silenzio
− La zona è molto trafficata, bisogna tenere chiuse le finestre
A nice building but be prepared for noisy nights
6.0The room was nice, the kitchenette was convenient for making a picnic (no stove, just a sink, some plates and utensils, and the room had a fridge). It was nice to be so close to the Borghese gardins and I spent a lot of time walking in them!
− It was very loud all night. The hotel is between two busy roads where the traffic never stops and the room we had was facing one of these roads, so I hardly slept.
