Op papier een prima tussenstop verblijf met shuttle service.
6.0Prima om op de familiekamer 1 nacht door te brengen op doorreis.
− Onvriendelijk personeel dat mij meer wilde laten betalen voor de shuttle service terwijl ik deze op voorhand geboekt had voor de aangegeven prijs en dit ook kon laten zien. Dat leidde toch tot emotionele chantage waarbij de man bij het inchecken mij zei dat als ik niet meer wilde betalen hij het dan wel uit eigen zak zou doen. Niet professioneel dus. Al met al een vrij prijzig geheel en het gebeuren heeft een ietwat nare smaak achter gelaten.

Bom, e com potencial de excelência.
7.0Ótima localização. Apartamento bem limpo, arrumado e climatizado, apesar de pequeno (o que não é um incômodo para mim). Ótimo serviço de transfer para o aeroporto. Cama e chuveiro bons.
− Ao chegar no local, não havia ninguém na recepção e tive que ficar cerca de 10 a 15 minutos esperando. Nesse tempo, ainda liguei para o número disponível na booking e não obtive resposta, assim como também não obtive resposta da proprietária no whatsapp. Cogitei abrir um chamado e ir procurar por outro hotel, mas o funcionário chegou a tempo. Além disso, a casa não possui muito isolamento acústico, e tudo o que se faz na recepção e nos corredores pode ser escutado no quarto (não me incomodo muito com isso, mas sei que pode ser algo ruim para outras pessoas). Caso haja melhora nesses aspectos, pode ser uma excelente opção para se escolher em Lisboa.
