− Такие стены, страшно ночные утехи соседей в вашем кондоминиуме. Плюс двигаться стулов и столов ночью, от соседнего ресторана. Не было холодильника, но это я сам не посмотрел в удобствах заранее.

Great location and clean rooms, but the lack of customer service and extremely poor soundproofing ruined the experience.
2.0The location was excellent, with easy access to the main attractions and public transport. The room was spacious, very clean, and housekeeping was excellent throughout my stay.
− Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. I only saw a staff member once, when I checked in and received my key. After that, I never saw anyone again. When I tried to report my concerns, I was told that my messages had not been delivered. However, I could clearly see on WhatsApp that they had been delivered. My complaint was not answered until the following day, when I only had one day left, so the response was no longer helpful. The soundproofing was extremely poor. I could hear everything from the room next door, including normal conversations and even the bathroom. Because of the noise from other guests, I couldn’t sleep until 3–4 a.m. on several nights, yet I still had to wake up early to explore Rome. The walls felt as thin as paper, with virtually no sound insulation. Sadly, this made my stay very stressful, and I would not choose to stay here again.
