− Como sugerencia pondría luces automáticas con el movimiento en el pasillo y zonas comunes porque hay otros clientes que llegan en mitad de la noche y no las apagan, y molestan. También creo que tendrían que renovar la alfombra de la ducha.

6.0O quarto é limpo, bem localizado em Arroios, com mercado e pequenos restaurantes próximos. A responsável Oksana ágil nas informações sobre a hospedagem e nos deu informação sobre mercado próximo.
− O quarto não tem ar condicionado nem ventilador, fica abafado e no verão deve ser insuportável. A pia do banheiro é minúscula, molha o chão todo, mal dá para lavar o rosto. Só achamos 1 tomada no quarto, o quê dificultava pois éramos um casal precisando carregar celulares, fones... E a hospedagem fica no alto de uma ladeira que os ubers não subiam, quem tiver dificuldade de locomoção ou estiver com malas grandes pode ser problemático.

Dirty room, bad location, and no real help

− Our experience at this place was extremely disappointing. The room and bathroom were dirty, with visible stains and hairs. It was completely unhygienic and not like the photos shown. The location was also quite bad, hard to access and in an unpleasant area, which made the whole experience even worse. When we contacted the host, the only solution offered was to come the next day, even though we were leaving the following morning. We ended up having to book another place last minute, losing both time and money. I’ve always trusted Booking and rarely write negative reviews, but this situation was unacceptable. I truly hope Booking reviews this property, because it should not be listed in this condition.
