Konumu çok iyi

− Banyo çok dar ama venedikte tüm oteller bence öyle, evler kiçük yollar dar, klasik venedik evi , temizlik iyiydi , temizdi banyo suyu çok basınçsız akıyotdu twk sorun oydu düzeltilebilecek.

Hezké ubytování se strategickým umístěním.

- Pokoj byl krásně dekorovaný, pohodlný a čistý. - Strategické umístění, neboť je hotel kousek od všech hlavních turistických atrakcí.

− - Pod oknem turistická tepna, takže hodně ruchu. Okna ale výborně izolovala, pokud byla zavřená, v pokoji byl klid. - Sprchová hlava produkovala elegantní mlhu, namísto silného proudu, příjemné, ale dle mé krásnější polovičky se tím nedaly umýt delší vlasy. Za mě bez problému, ale pro někoho možná ke zvážení. - nebyl výtah - recepce v první nadzemním patře, pokoje ještě výše. V Benátkách asi očekávatelné a mělo to své kouzlo, ale mohlo by to někoho nemile překvapit. - Ubytování je špatně značené a vchod je z temné boční uličky. Nade dveřmi ční do uličky cedule s úplně jiným názvem, ale přímo u dveří je cedulka, je nutné po ní koukat.

The hotel is wonderfully located, Rialto bridge is just a short walk away and there are plenty of cafes and shops nearby. I had a room on the 2nd floor, it was spacious but a bit dark. No bed bugs in sight, thank god! I saw the review about bed bugs a bit too late and was worried sick that I'd need to look for another hotel. Thankfully the room was very clean, especially the bathroom, and there were no bugs. Overall a pleasant experience.

− There's no overhead light in the room - which is fine if you're only coming to the hotel to sleep, but if you need to take a video call for work the lack of light isn't ideal. The staff is accomodating and nice, but could be a bit slow to react. I had to ask them 4 times to bring me an iron. Something to note if you're in a time crunch.

− Az hogy nincs hűtött ital egy esti érkezésnél, illv. egy meleg kettő dl ásványvízzel "tiszteltek meg" bennünket eléggé furcsa volt és éjszaka jól esett volna egy hideg ital. Külön összeg ellenében használható egy hűtőszekrény, amit másnap reggeltől lett volna módunk használni. Egy hűtőszekrény szerintem a 21. században egy mediterrán országban egy alap, de bárhol. Nem volt televízió, sem híreket sem szórakoztató mediát nem tudtunk használni. Ez is egy alap egy szállodai szobában.

The room was not bad.

− to find the hotel and the key in the property was difficult and the personal was not helpful. When I tried to contact them they are in hurry they give very short answer. They don’t want to contact via message. In general, I will never wish to stay again there.

Do not stay here.

− I cannot recommend staying here due to the hosts’ complete lack of communication. Despite multiple messages through Booking.com and Booking.com’s own attempts to contact them, I received no response until 11 days later, when they claimed my messages had gone to their junk folder. Because I never received confirmation that my reservation would be honored, I was forced to book alternative accommodations, and they still refused to refund my prepaid reservation.
