Would stay again but it’s not for everyone.

− Ac had to be paid extra. The shower could use some scrubbing. Breakfast was included in the price but it was very basic.
Extremely rude hosts!
4.0The location is perfect!! Definitely stay in this area but not at this accommodation.
− The owners essentially treated us with contempt and were extremely rude at the start and several other moments. They speak no English (which is fine) yet still insisted on an hours tour (on the hottest day of the year, with sweat running down our shirts, desperate for a shower) to show you how to open and close doors using the keys, delivered in full non-stop Italian, with no recognition that we did not understand what they were saying. Air conditioning is not free and although most surfaces are fine, the underneath of the bed was extremely dusty. On the final evening they took away our air conditioning despite us having said we were happy to pay for it. It was the hottest day of the year and we arrived back to discover that while we had been out of the B&B, they had taken the remote with no message or note left behind, meaning we were dripping with sweat for several hours (they were not answering the bell). Eventually we asked our Italian friend to call them where we found out that they had taken it because we had not yet paid for our usage. We had expected to pay at the end but apparently this was not the case, while talking to our friend they complained that English speakers never follow the rules, which is obviously because we do not understand Italian. While the property is in a perfect location and is reasonably priced, I could not recommend staying here because almost every interaction with the owners was incredibly unpleasant.
