7.0la proprietaria una signora molto gentile , è stata molto disponibile nonostante io sia arrivata prima del previsto , la camera mi è stata pulita entrambi i giorni del soggiorno e ho molto apprezzato ciò , posizione abbastanza centrale a 1km dal duomo e 1,4 da ponte vecchio , inoltre nei pressi c’è anche un parchetto molto tranquillo

1.0The hotel was very noisy, air conditioning was not working properly, making more noise than actually cooling the room.
− The windows weren’t opening and even though there was small kitchen areas there’s no where to wash the cups and there was no new clean cups for coffee on the next morning. Also the mattress was very uncomfortable.
