O excelente atendimento do Daniele faz toda a diferença no FLOREST Guest House.
10.0O Airbnb é muito bem localizado no centro histórico de Florença, os percursos a pé para se chegar aos lugares de interesse são bem curtos. As acomodações são muito confortáveis. Tudo muito limpo, principalmente porque a limpeza do quarto é feita diariamente. O gerente Daniele é muito gentil e atencioso, ele está no Airbnb até 13h, mas é sempre alcançável por telefone ou mensagem. Há uma cozinha com forno micro-ondas, é possível então se servir uma refeição quente, mas não é permitido cozinhar a refeição. O Airbnb se situa no quinto andar, logo são vários lances de escadas para se chegar até ele.
