− Полотенца не поменяли ни разу за 3 дня, нет кондиционера, вентилятор в жару не спасает.

L'essenzialità a volte è una benedizione.
7.0B&b dove la parola d'ordine è "essenzialità". Si trova a due passi dalla stazione di santa Maria novella, staff simpaticissimo, prezzo onesto e stanza abbastanza grande con phon, un grande ventilatore, armadio, ripiani, comodino, armadietti con lucchetto, sedie, scrivania e balconcino privato. Lo spazio non manca! Il bagno privato è fuori la stanza e si accede tramite chiave personale. Completa l'offerta microonde, bollitore e qualcosina per la colazione.
− Manca il bidet (almeno nel bagno che ci è stato assegnato), bagno piccolo ma funzionale, la pressione dell'acqua era bassa ma sufficiente. Inserirei una macchinetta del caffè a cialde. Il vero problema dell'estate saranno le temperature, l'intero edificio era molto caldo e non c'è condizionatore negli spazi comuni e nelle stanze.

8.0Espaço modesto mas com tudo o que é preciso para passar a noite. Limpo, confortável, seguro e boa localização. O anfitrião era muito simpático e prestável. Relação qualidade preço é boa.
Bagno piccolo e scomodo, manca il bidet e climatizzatore
4.0I titolari sono stati gentili e ci hanno accolto nonostante i ritardi del volo, ma la struttura è vecchia e il bagno indecente, sono più grandi nei bar.
− Il bagno era indecente e fuori norma, a parte le dimensioni microscopiche sia del bagno in generale che del lavandino (non so se la foto renda, ma era un lavandino di 35 cm ed era praticamente sopra il water), mancava il bidet, nessun appiglio in doccia o mensola per il bagnoschiuma, che la rendevano scomoda e pericolosa. Per non parlare dell'impianto elettrico, mi è quasi rimasta una presa in mano quando ho staccato il ventilatore. Inoltre le zanzariere erano vecchie e mezzo rotte. Manca l'impianto di climatizzazione.
