Im Herzen Venedigs
7.0Das Haus ist an einer Toplage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Markusplatz. Das Haus ist grosszügig und ist gut ausgestattet (Kaffee, Zucker, Geschirr, Zusatzdecken usw.). Der Eigentümer ist sehr freundlich. Tolle Dachterrasse!
− Das Haus ist nicht genug geheizt und so war es kalt, trotz zur Verfügung gestellter Elektroöfen. Die Sauberkeit war ungenügend. Toiletten und Bidet nicht gründlich geputzt, staubige Oberflächen und schmutzige Stühle. Das Haus ist zudem sehr laut. Die Fenster müssten erneuert werden. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat oder morgens gerne ausschläft, dem würden wir das Haus nicht empfehlen. Man hört alles, und Händler fahren frühmorgens mit lauten Karren durch die Gasse.

7.0Bon emplacement près de la place Saint Marc. Terrasse au top. Accueil par Florence qui reste à l'écoute des besoins
− Il faut avoir le sommeil lourd pour bien dormir. Appartement très bruyant avec simples fenêtres qui ferment à peine. Prestations limites pour 4 personnes (1 verre à pieds, 2 coupes de champagnes pour boire du vin à 4 - 1 chaise cassée, kit produits vaisselle manquant) Propreté un peu juste. L'appartement mérite un petit rajeunissement

9.0Die Wohnung war passend eingerichtet. Die Küche war vollständig, auch Kleinigkeiten wie Pfeffer, Salz, Öl waren vorhanden. Die Wohnung war gut beheizt - wichtig, da wir kalte Regentage erwischt hatten. Wir hatten zu fünft einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Nicht selbstverständlich: wir wurden am Anlieger erwartet und in die Wohnung geführt. Anschließend wurde uns der nächste Supermarkt gezeigt und wir erhielten kurze Hinweise auf die benachbarten Lokale. Und das Alles nicht erst ab 15:00 am Ankunftstag, sondern schon um 11:00.
− Kleines Manko - aber typisch für Italien: alle Betten waren nur 80cm bzw. 1,60m breit.
