Eine sehr schöne Wohnung!Alles zu Fuß in kurzer Zeit zwischen 5-10 min erreichbar (Markusplatz, Rialtobrücke und vieles mehr .)Sehr tolle Lage .Auch an die BootsAnlegestelle zb nach Burano, Murano 5min zu Fuß von der Ferienwohnung entfernt.

Falta molt manteniment i hi sobre humitat.

− El dia que vam arribar un noi, representant de la empresa, amb molt mala educació ens va demanar al mig del carrer els diners de l impost sense haver vist l apartament. L apartament només entrar fa molta olor d humitat que es cala al cos... A la cuina no funciona el microones ni la meitat de la placa de vitrocetamica.... A l' habitació de 3 làmpares la meitat estant les bombetes que no funcionen. Al bany la dutxa està trencada i per aigua i el wc també.

Emplacement idéal dans la Médina, le patron et les employés sont adorables et vous donnent toutes les bonnes adresses pour visiter et manger. Le Ryad est très beau et le petit déjeuner est super 👍

Very roomy, quiet apartment with street access. 10 - 15 minute walk to many of the main sites.

This was our first time to Venice. In general, I found Venice like a maze and hard to find your way unless you had GPS. Once we turned that on, we were able to find the apartment.

− I would have liked a bit more tourist friendly information to be provided by the host. Some restaurant recommendations would have been very helpful as the ones we ended up choosing for ourselves were not very good. I found the beds a bit uncomfortable.

We had a great stay because there are far more great things about these accommodations than not.f

The apartment was spacious, in a central but quiet area of Venice and close to everything you want/need in this tourist destination. It would be great for longer stays with a few maintenance issues resolved.

− We had read nearly all the reviews from the last few years and most were accurate and others too nit-picky. I’m not sure the owners read the reviews because there are lingering issues that could easily be changed to get consistent high scores. For example: 1) the window treatments are very shear. The fears of people being able to see you while walking by is not accurate, but…there is no way to block out the early morning light to allow one to sleep-in. A simple, inexpensive addition of thicker/black-out curtains on the 3 small windows would easily solve this issue. 2) The microwave is still dead after years of being reported. I’m mechanically-inclined and did my best to troubleshoot the problem with no luck. Relatively inexpensive replacement would suffice. 3) Electric cooktop still has not been repaired after 2-years of reviews mentioning it. Tried to fix it but could not locate the meaning of the “F2” error code that keeps flashing. 4) Weak WiFi- solved this problem…found the D-link wireless access point device balled-up on the floor behind the refrigerator. There was plenty of signal/power cord available, so I moved it to a higher and more open shelf in the main room. WiFi signal now reaches the farthest room of the large apartment. Encountered a new issue on the last night of our stay. The toilet stopped flushing. One of the owner’s restaurant wait staff immediately responded but did not understand the plumbing mechanism. I tried to explain it to him but language barrier made it possible. He had to get back to work so I said we could just pour a bucket of water in to flush. He left and I began working on the the stuck float/flush valve. Got it functioning again and put everything back together. I drew the owner a picture of the mechanism and what needed to be replaced. Found a link on YouTube that showed how to replace the mechanism.
