10.0Die Wohnung liegt wunderbar ruhig an einem Park mit Blick auf das Wasser. Eine Bootshaltestelle ist auch ganz in der Nähe. Der Garten ist gemütlich. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und sauber. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden sofort wiederkommen.

8.0Die Lage direkt am Park ist perfekt, wenn man Ruhe sucht oder wie wir mit einem Hund reist. Nur 200 m von einer Vaporetti-Haltestelle entfernt.
− Im Haus war es kalt, da nicht geheizt wurde, obwohl das Wetter kühl und regnerisch war. Da die Vermieterin nicht erreichbar war, sind wir zwei Tage früher abgereist.

10.0We were family of 6. Appartment is located right next to our main goal when in Venice.Communication w owners to obtain a QR code and w Francesca for keys from appartment was absolutely great and without any delays.Reachable on whatsapp if needed.
