− Quarto piano senza ascensore, camera rumorosa (sia per il passaggio della metro che fa tremare la struttura, sia perché si sente ogni singolo passo delle camere adiacenti e soprastanti), biancheria da bagno fortemente datata. Inoltre, poca cura nei dettagli: due piccoli bagnoschiuma per 3 giorni per 2 persone (implementati su esplicita richiesta); macchina del caffè con capsule, ma senza tazzine da caffé o zucchero per poterlo bere. Infine, inviano una mail in cui dicono che la colazione è consegnata alle 8 e scrivono che il servizio colazione è tra le 8 e le 9, ma ci è arrivata dopo il suddetto orario: se un viaggiatore paga per il servizio, ma vuole visitare la città rischia di dover aspettare in camera, anziché poter uscire presto.

10.0Location was great. Commication with Caroline was excellent.. she was extremely helpful answering my questions and navigating us for parking etc.. it was clean … breakfast was good
− The stairs were a lot and it was garbage night when we got there. Very noisy but not after that night , otherwise nothing

7.0A localização é excelente. No coração de Lisboa. Fiquei chocada o quanto era prático ir para qualquer lugar. Perto de tudo! O quarto era ótimo. Uma varanda ótima.
− Eu sabia que era de escada (constava no anúncio). Mas era MUITA ESCADA. Eram muitos lances de escada e degraus bem altos. Cansativo real! Ficamos no 3 andar (se não engano. Mas na verdade acho que era 4 andar - pelos lances de escada). Quem tem qualquer tipo de dificuldade ou não tem fôlego para carregar mala em tantas escadas, não recomendo. Dava até preguiça de ir ao local e descer novamente. Já o banheiro, precisa de pequenos reparos. Mas nada significativo.
