10.0Beautiful apartment equipped with every comfort, right next to the Biennale The apartment is ideal for both two and four people: one room has a double bed, while the other room has got a comfortable sofa bed. The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need to cook on your own. It is very well maintained, clean, and tidy. Roberto, the host, is friendly and always helpful. We will definitely come back and highly recommend it!

9.0The best thing about our stay was Mr. Roberto's kindness. He was always attentive from the moment we made the reservation. He was in constant communication, giving precise instructions, since Google Maps in Venice isn't very accurate. He picked us up at the Giardini station (just a few minutes from the apartment). He left Italian coffee in the pantry without us even asking. He even got us laundry detergent. In short, he always resolved any issue very quickly. The apartment is away from the hustle and bustle of the city; it's a very quiet place, and the Giardini station is very close. Although the vaporetto is expensive, you can always walk. The air conditioning works very well and cools things down considerably during the Venetian summer heat. We were a family of four, and we found it comfortable and just right.
− What we didn't like much was the smell of the water, but it has nothing to do with the apartment itself, but rather with Venice in general; but then you get used to it.
