10.0We had a wonderful stay and truly felt at home from the moment we arrived. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The city center is very easy to reach by tram, which made exploring Florence very convenient. Our host was incredibly kind, caring, and welcoming, with a great sense of humor that made us feel completely at ease. She was always helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Florence and would definitely love to stay here again. Thank you for such a lovely experience! ❤️

10.0A truly exceptional stay! The room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and cared for down to the smallest detail. The bathroom was also immaculate and equipped with everything you could need. Eliana is a wonderful host: kind, welcoming, incredibly helpful, and genuinely lovely to talk to. She makes you feel at home from the very first moment and creates such a warm and friendly atmosphere. The breakfast is simply outstanding: generous, plentiful, and made with fresh, high-quality products,the perfect way to start the day. Another great advantage is the location: the tram stop is right in front of the B&B, making it incredibly convenient to get around. You can reach the city centre in just a few minutes, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. I highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for quality, genuine hospitality, and a warm atmosphere. It’s one of those places where you arrive as a guest and leave as a friend.

10.0Absolutely wonderful apartments — 10/10! This was our first time in Florence, and we were truly delighted with our stay. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming. She met us personally, showed us everything, and even guided us to the parking area. The parking was free, which was a great bonus. The apartments were exceptionally clean, beautifully furnished, and very comfortable. We had two rooms, and they had everything we could possibly need — even more than expected. There were lovely little touches and thoughtful gifts, such as a disposable nail file, cotton swabs, cotton pads, soap, shower gel, shampoo, and coffee. Everything was prepared with great care. Breakfast was included in our stay, and the host prepared and served it personally. There was a very generous selection, and everything was fresh and delicious. We also loved the cozy green terrace — it was such a peaceful and charming place to relax. The location was very convenient as well. The tram stop is only about two minutes from the apartments, and it takes around 15 minutes to reach the city centre. We absolutely loved everything about our stay. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. If we visit Florence again, we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended, 10 out of 10!
