Esperienza da dimenticare!!!

La cameriera (unico essere unano incontrato in struttura) gentile e premurosa che ci ha preparato il capouccino.

− Sono sinceramente stupito dal punteggio così alto di questa struttura, perché la nostra esperienza è stata, senza esagerare, un incubo. Solo dopo il soggiorno, rileggendo con attenzione le recensioni negative, ci siamo accorti che diversi ospiti avevano già segnalato gli stessi problemi: rumori molesti, letti scomodi e deformati, colazione molto essenziale e assenza di personale. Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera “Giotto” e il letto è probabilmente il peggiore su cui abbia mai dormito. Il materasso è completamente affossato, tanto da sembrare un’amaca. Abbiamo avuto l’impressione che, invece di sostituirlo, sia stato semplicemente coperto con un topper, sul quale è stato addirittura posizionato direttamente il coprimaterasso. Il risultato è un letto assolutamente non all’altezza di una struttura che chiede 130 € a notte. Come se non bastasse, l’impianto di aria condizionata era estremamente rumoroso, abbiamo anche un video che documenta il rumore continuo che ha reso impossibile riposare. Il problema peggiore, però, è stato il fortissimo odore presente nella camera: un odore dolciastro e chimico, talmente intenso da provocare mal di testa. Convinti che ci fosse un diffusore di profumo nascosto, abbiamo iniziato a cercare ovunque. Cercando sotto il letto abbiamo trovato delle trappole per blatte. Non possiamo affermare che l’odore provenisse da quelle, ma vi assicuro che, dopo aver pagato 130 € per una notte, non era esattamente il tipo di domanda che speravamo di doverci porre alle tre del mattino. Nel frattempo abbiamo provato a contattare il numero di emergenza della struttura chiedendo assistenza e un cambio camera. Nessuna risposta. Ci hanno ricontattati soltanto alle 8 del mattino, quando la notte era ormai passata. Successivamente abbiamo ricevuto una mail di scuse, senza alcuna concreta attenzione nei confronti del disagio subito. La colazione è stata decisamente deludente e molto più povera di quanto ci si aspetterebbe da una struttura di questo livello.

Хороший аппарт- отель на несколько номеров в самом центре Флоренции. Чистый, красивый холл, атмосферная гостиная. Номер светлый. В номере есть чай и кофе.

− Скромные завтраки. Слышимость между номерами сильная.

Overall, this is a good hotel: clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The room itself was nicely decorated, with stylish details that gave it a pleasant character. Also, we were traveling with two children, and the room was quite spacious for our family.

− On the first day of our stay, the elevator was not working, so we had to carry our baby stroller and luggage up to the 4th floor by stairs. Fortunately, the issue was resolved the next day. We had also booked a rate that included breakfast, but only upon arrival were we informed that breakfast would be served at a nearby terrace restaurant rather than in the hotel itself. While the restaurant was very close, this was somewhat inconvenient when traveling with children. In addition, the breakfast selection was rather limited.

− I hardly know where to begin with how disappointing our stay was. I was traveling with my mother, who has reduced mobility, and my 11-month-old baby. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the convenience it appeared to offer. Unfortunately, the elevator was out of service for the first night and next morning. On the first day, we were told that someone was working on it and that it would be fixed shortly. This turned out not to be true. As a result, I had to carry a stroller, baby supplies, and everything else we needed up and down four flights of stairs multiple times a day. For a family traveling with a baby and a person with mobility issues, this was completely unacceptable. The breakfast situation was equally disappointing. Breakfast was advertised as one of the highlights of the hotel, yet it wasn’t even served on the premises. Instead, we were given vouchers and sent elsewhere. It felt misleading and poorly organized. The staff at check-in showed very little understanding or empathy for the situation. The only exception was a lovely Italian lady who kindly helped us when my son became sick and we needed assistance changing the bed sheets. She was the only member of staff who made us feel cared for. To make matters worse, after acknowledging the problems, the hotel promised to refund one night of our stay. That refund never arrived, and they have since stopped responding to my messages altogether. This was an extremely stressful experience and far from what was advertised. I would not recommend this hotel, especially to families with young children.
