La struttura è ben collegata col centro tra bus e tranvia, ho apprezzato la disponibilità dell'host, presente senza essere invadente. Abbiamo un po' ritardato il check-out ma nessuno ci ha fatto problemi.

− Il lavandino del bagno era un po' otturato. Per giungere alle camere occorre fare le scale. La camera non era grandissima, ma essendo stati quasi sempre fuori non è stato un problema.

Excelente ubicación, a minutos de la parada de bus que lleva al centro o a 20 minutos caminando. Staff muy amable y servicial :) la habitación bien preparada y con aire acondicionado.

Great geographical location!

The location was great, 7 min walking from the T2 tram which would take you to and bring you from the airport. It also joins the T1 which goes through Florence. The most touristy sites are 25 minutes walking-- we only used transport on rare occasions but daily we got at least 20k steps in! The cleaning staff is lovely, great conversationalist. Our host was very reactive to our questions on whatsapp. The environment around the stay was calm, inside too, albeit the walls being very, very thin. Air conditioning also works perfectly and the bathroom is spacious, with a bidet and a standard sized shower. The room can be refreshed daily but the bedding and towels won't be changed if you're staying under seven days. On your last day, you can ask the host to settle your luggage in a corner of the lobby if you plan on visiting the city a bit before taking the place.

− We reserved the quadruple room which was noted to have one extra large bedroom, one large bed and a sofa. Instead, we got a room with an extra large bed but no other large bad or a sofa. Actually, it was a sofa/bed situation that the host could make bigger for an additional fee-- ? Installing the bed itself would've made the room more cramped. We reserved quadruple because as two (male/female) friends, we wanted both our comfort and space. But to our surprise, the room was 'big' for us but would've been logistically cramped for four people. It was a tight fit for two [regular sized] people already. My male friend took the sofa/one person bed situation and I the extra large bed. For the price we paid, we didn't find it fitting or right to pay more to 'prep' the bed. At best, we expected a suit with two rooms and a bigger bathroom or, like mentioned, at least the two large and extra large beds. As said above, our expectations weren't met. We asked for maybe a different, more spacious room with all the indicated elements of our reservation-- which was declined as all the rooms are apparently similar. Well. To note: we had no access to the garden and the only view of it, albeit it being lovely, was through our single window.
