9.0Location is incredible. The AC in the hotel is very nice. The room is a good size.
− There are good breakfast places nearby, so I don't recommend the B&B breakfast. Has thin walls.

10.0La ubicación es excepcional, el edificio esta en la esquina de la plaza de la catedral. La señorita de recepción superamable, con muchas ganas de solucionar cualquier duda o necesidad que nos surgio, un 10 a su trabajo. Las camas muy comodas y muy, muy limpio todo. En el atico hay una terraza con unas vistas excepcionales de Florencia. Hay unas mesas y sillas para sentarte a tomar algo (no es cafetería, te puedes comprar un helado en la calle y tomarlo allí por ejemplo). Muy recomendable.

10.0Perfect location! Was a life saver to return to cool down in the crisp A/C while trying to sight see in 100 temps. Very spacious rooms. Staff so helpful and nice. They had great communication and waited for us to arrive a little late. This was our favorite stay over 10 days and 4 countries!
− Earlier breakfast start would be nice. 8 is a little late for big sightseeing days. Good to know they close from 12-2. Our train arrived a little before 12 so we were stressed to get there in time to check in our bags.
