− Unfortunately had a bad experience where someone took a skirt I had left behind.
My daughter and I had a fabulous time staying here. It was perfect for our needs!

10.0This is the best place to stay in Florence. Everything was top-notch quality. Very Very helpful staff. Great apartment with a majestic view. We stayed in the apartment with the private balcony. Everything was super clean. The staff was very accomodating. The mini firdge was refilled everyday (which we appreciated very much) and was included in the price we paid. Cannot recommend this place enough. It is a hidden gem.

10.0Splendido alloggio, posizione centralissima, sei al centro di Firenze e allo stesso tempo in una zona silenziosa e tranquilla. La nostra stanza aveva un balconcino con vista mozzafiato sulla cupola. La camera era pulitissima, molto confortevole, dotata di frigo e condizionatore. Un ringraziamento particolare a Donatella e Carolina per l'accoglienza. La prossima volta che torneremo in città, sappiamo dove alloggiare.
