9.0Michele was amazing he was very helpful in places we should see and where to eat. He let us drop our stuff off early even though the room wasn't quite ready for us (it was 10:30am), so we didn't have to lug them around all morning. Check out was easy because of Michelle's excellent communication. The room and bathroom was super clean and excellent AC!
− Bathroom wasn't inside the room. Not really an issue, just different. We didn't need to share the bathroom and it was 2 steps away!

9.0Más que un hotel, es un piso. Lo que más destaco es la amabilidad de los amfitriones y facilidades para el check-in, check out, y consejos para visitar Florencia. La habitación era amplia y minimalista, pero limpia, aire acondicionado, secador de pelo, tv. Nosotros nos alojamos en la parte interna, por lo que no oímos ni un ruido.
− El Wc en el exterior de la habitación. Según nos contaron, en esa planta había dos habitaciones y dos wc exteriores, aunque sí oímos gente, nunca supimos si había más huéspedes en la planta o no, con lo que me incomodaba un poco por no saber si encontrarías a alguien al ir al wc. Por otro lado, no hacían la limpieza diaria, nosotros estubimos 4 días y hasta que no nos fuimos, no la hicieron... para mí no fue inconveniente, además al hacer el check in nos dijeron que si necesitábamos toallas, limpieza o lo que fuera que contactaramos. Como digo no fue inconveniente, pero la gente debe saberlo.
