8.0The location is perfect if you are here for the Biennale and if you want a quiet neighborhood. Shower was a bit small but there was no problem with the water. The stream was strong, temperature didn't change. The mattress was hard, we loved it. It's not a luxurious stay, but it's very cute and cosy. The communication with Alfonso was very smooth too.

From Santa Lucia Train Station, take Vaporetto waterbus line 5.1 or 4.1 to Sant' Elena. Get off at Sant' Elena or Giardini - Biennale, which are 656 feet from the property.
