9.0The property was really clean and well looked after. The hosts were friendly and the right balance between being friendly, helpful and available without being overbearing. The surrounding environment was lovely and we made use of the outside terrace. Breakfast was good value and quality; the hosts offered to make us hot drinks which was lovely. Their book of recommendations for the local area was very useful and we enjoyed making the most of their advice.

10.0Consiglio di soggiornare in questa struttura per la posizione molto comoda per visitare Firenze a piedi in quanto si trova vicino a ponte vecchio, gli uffizi e piazza della signoria. Si trova in un palazzo storico molto bello, la camera pulita, silenziosa, confortevole materasso super comodo. Colazione molto buona servita in terrazza con vista su Santa Croce e sui tetti fiorentini. Il personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Ci siamo trovati veramente molto bene.
