2.0Unheimlich dreckig, kein Licht im Bad. Nicht durchgängig warmes Wasser, keine Kochnische wie in der Beschreibung! Kein Geschirr und Besteck! Matratze verdreckt. Handtücher und Bettwäsche fleckig. Kühlschrank komplett vereist. Rezeption besetzt mit einer Dame, die weder das Interesse noch die Kompetenz hatte zu helfen! Pure Frechheit! Nie wieder über Hotels.com

10.0I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Akhmet at the reception was incredibly welcoming and made the check-in process a breeze. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and overall great experience!

2.0Odamızı başkalarına kiralamışlar bundan dolayı başka oda teklif ettiler biz de mağdur olmamak için kabul etmek zorunda kaldık içeride ne bir ısıtıcı var ne başka bir şey tartışıp elektrikli ısıtıcı aldık o da 2. Gün çalışmadı soğukta yatmak zorunda kaldık dışarıda kalmayı göze alın buraya gelmektense biz bilmiyorduk bu kadar kötü oldugunu ve bizim gibi bir sürü insan vardı orada mağdur olan aklınız varsa gitmezsiniz buraya
