8.0Really nice hotel with friendly staff. Laundry on site was great and amemities nice. Great area, super quiet especially after staying in the busy part of Shinjuku right before heading to Kyoto. We had our bags transfered to the hotel no problem, and they helped us transfer to our next stay as well (via Yamoto Transport which was a great and inexpensive service). Overall great hotel!
