10.0The staff were really helpful. The location is close to Kyoto station and a metro line and easily walkable to the more touristy bits. The deluxe room upgrade one day was worth it but normal room was also great

10.0Este viaje estuvimos usando varios hospedajes y este es el que mas me gusto de todos, la atencion del personal en especial del Sr Fukuda fue muy buena, estamos muy agradecidos y tengan por seguro que en futuros viajes consideraremos volver a hospedarnos con ustedes. Las habitaciones son amplias y comodas a comparacion de otros hospedajes, el espacio del baño es bueno y el diseño, privacidad asi como las amenidades lo hacen una muy buena opcion

10.0The man who helped us check in was so kind and hospitable. He helped us bring our luggage to the room and was so sweet. The room was so clean. Would definitely stay there again!
