10.0Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Auch als ich mein Gepäck abgegeben habe, um es weiter zu transportieren hat alles super geklappt. Man kann sich verschiedene Annehmlichkeiten an der Rezeption auswählen, wie beispielsweise Tee oder auch Badezubehör

8.0Very comfortable with accommodating and welcoming staff. They stayed open two hours past listed close because my flight was coming late, just with a call ahead. However, they are very strict with guests even if they are not spending the night.

10.0I liked that the hotel is close to many things, but not right in thr middle of thr main tourist areas. The room was nice and a bit bigger than most other rooms I had in Japan. Everything was clean. Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful! Thank you!

Good to know
The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
