− Не удобно для людей в возрасте , неудобные лестницы и нигде не было написано что квартира в 4 х уровнях ! Не очень чисто было убрано !
Rossana was fabulous. Great help arranging water taxis for us.

− Steep and too many stairs. Low roof in stairs. Pillows on bed were complete garbage. So sacked out and flat.

Quite neighborhood but quick access to all your needs.
8.0Our host, Elena, reached out a few days before to make arrangements and gave very detailed directions on how to reach the apartment. She was flexible with our delayed train arrive. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, and cookware. Seasonings for cooking were appreciated. It was a great location! Easy to access the vaporetto, meat market, grocery store, restaurants and park for our littles. We appreciated the detailed instructions. Loved the neighborhood.
− The apartment is multiple leveled and has three levels of stairs which we were aware of but a challenge for monitoring a one year old. The apartment remained hot even with AC. It is not well insulted and only the bedroom on the main floor cooled off. The bottom floor room was very humid. A sponge, roll of paper towels or a dish cloth would be appreciated for cleaning up after dinner.

9.0Location was great, especially if you are visiting biennale venues. Great trattorias just on the street. The apartment itself is comfortable enough for a group of 6 people.
− One of the bedrooms is a loft above the kitchen, so people sleepeing there might be awakened by you preparing a morning coffee. Also mosquito nets on the windows might be a good idea in the future, because those little bastards didn't help the sleep.
