LA VERDAD FUE UNA MALA Y CANSADA EXPERIENCIA, VENECIA ES UNA CIUDAD MUY INCOMODA PARA CAMINAR CON MALETAS, LAS FOTOS Y UBICACION DEL DEPARTAMENTO NO COINCIDIAN CON LAS DE LA PAGINA DE HOTELES.COM, LA COMUNICACION MALA PORQUE NO SABIA NADA, JAMAS ME ESCRIBIERON AL WHATSAPP, QUERIAN QUE PAGARA UN IMPUESTO SI NO NO ME RECIBIAN O ME DABAN MAS INDICACIONES, EL CHECK HABIA QUE HAERLO A LA ENTRADA DE VENECIA CUANDO EL APARTAMENTO ESTABA A MITAD DE CAMINO DONDE ANUNCIABAN LAS FOTOS Y EL DOMICILIO, MUY CANSADO Y RETIRADO, Y LO PEOR ES QUE EL ULTIMO DIA NO ME PERMITIRERON RESGUARDAR MIS MALETAS COMO TODOS LOS HOTELES O APARTAMENTOS DESPUES DE HACER EL CHECK OUT TAN INCOMODO A LAS 10 AM, PUDIERON APOYARME EN EL APARTAMENTO UN MOMENTO O EN SU AREA DE REGISTRO DONDE SE HACE EL CHECK IN PORQUE AHI TIENEN UN ESPACIO MUY GRANDE PARA HACERLE EL FAVOR A LOS HUESPEDES Y TUVE QUE PAGAR POR ESE SERVICIO EN OTRO LADO

Wonderful apartment, exactly what i wanted, great location, dream time in Venice, no complaints.Only issue not dryer in the apartment for washing machine, not sure whether dryers are allowed in Venice.

Overall the property was great, nice central location to check out Venice. Plenty of space for us with our young daughter and two kids would be no problem. We stayed in Magica 2. Directions were easy to find the key location and get to the apartment. Anywhere you go realize you’ll be going up and down some stairs and usually staying on the 2nd-4th floors if it’s your first time. WiFi worked well. Some nights the square can get a little loud at times late in the evening but playing some white noise/fan noise softly drowns it out. The only thing that could be improved is the bed is quite broken in and could be replaced. We are smaller and there is a noticeable drop on both sides that you feel like you’re laying in a hole. Didn’t make the sleep terrible but could make it much better.

It’s like an escape room in reverse trying to check in and navigate your way to this accommodation. I’m sure there are ways to make it less complicated like linking the coordinates on maps or creating a pin and putting the key safe next to the accommodation. The accommodation itself is nice and quite comfortable but would benefit from fitted sheets on the bed and it is quite a noisy area with a bar below.
