10.0the property is in great condition and easy to access. the only complain is that the hotel information said it has kitchenette, but there was not. i didn't care because i stayed one night only, but that may affect others.

8.0It was a good experience overall. We were the family of five so we found it hard to fit stroller in elevator it was too tight. Hotel overall is small not as big as looked in pictures.The location is great as it is few min walk to all shops at taksim square.Staff was helpful as they arranged our pickup and drop-off to the airport.

10.0Great hotel , pretty close to everything , metro and team are 2 min walk , the beautiful is also next door , the owner goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable , I will definitely stay there again and I recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Istanbul and wants to be in the middle of the action ❤️
