10.0The whole stay was just amazing; the staff was the friendliest and the best trained in customer service; the inside courtyard was a oasis of peace from the busy streets of Florence; the 24hrs coffee or tea was very appreciated as the unlimited refill of prosecco. The location is perfect to walk to all the tourists spots. Would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you to all the staff

10.0Perfect. Everyone was friendly and eager to help. Check in was a breeze, the room was clean and spacious and beautiful with a muraled ceiling. Everyone spoke English, the breakfast was just right, and they even made us a to go breakfast bag on departure day. We stayed for one week and walked everywhere. The location is within a few minutes of most everything. We would split our day up and always came back to the room for a breather.
