Overall a great location and stay, comfortable and beautiful rooms.
8.0Was a great location, the room was really comfortable and had a good aircon system in summer. The building was right next to a bus stop and was a super quick walk down into the main part of the city. Not too far from the train station either.
− Communication was quite poor. Replies were very delayed and we were not told anything about check in or check out. We had arranged to leave our bags there the morning of our check in day as we arrived in the city early, and then on the day it took 3 hours to hear anything once we got there (we were told to just let them know we had arrived). It was just inconvenient as it had been organised so we had gone straight to the property, and ended up having to carry around our bags while waiting to hear back.

− Leider war in der Nacht im Haus lautstarke Party, die man im Zimmer komplett gehört hat, so dass wir nicht schlafen konnten. Das sollte zu solch einem Preis nicht passieren. Besonders angemessen wurde darauf nicht reagiert.

9.0el apartamento está muy céntrico, muy cerca de la plaza de San Marco donde se pueden tomar varios buses y el tranvía que va al aeropuerto. El apartamento es muy acogedor y limpio, la cama es cómoda y el aire acondicionado funciona sin problemas. La terraza es bastante grande y desafortunadamente no la usamos porque solo estuvimos una noche, pero es genial y muy espaciosa.
− El apartamento no disponía de toallas cuando llegamos y tuvimos que contactar al management del apartamento para que nos las proporcionaran. Aparte de eso, no hay nada negativo que decir.
