8.0Proche du centre historique de Florence, de restaurants, de l'Arno. Aménagements neufs et propres petit déjeuner dans une très belle salle prix raisonnable
− Curieux mélange d'hôtel (réception, petit déjeuner) et de location meublée (la réception ferme de 20h à 8h ; si vous avez un besoin que la direction juge comme non urgent, le déplacement sera facturé 50 €). Petit hôtel mais une seule personne pour tenir la réception, répondre au téléphone et montrer les chambres, ce n'est pas assez.

− I didn't know that there was no staff on the property after 8:30. There was a problem with our key and it was quite a fiasco getting our power to work as the other key (they only provide 2 and there were three of us) was with my son.
