Amazing location in old town!

Upon arrival at AlmaLusa Alfama Hotel in Lisbon, we were welcomed by kind and friendly staff who showed us to our room. I hadn't realised when I made the booking that our room was one of the smaller options at around 19 square metres. As we were travelling with quite a bit of luggage, we decided to upgrade to a larger suite, which made our stay much more comfortable. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and exceptionally well designed. The air conditioning was excellent, and despite being in the heart of the historic district on what I would consider a busy street, the room was wonderfully quiet once the windows were closed. It was the perfect place for a restful night's sleep. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the waterfront promenade, historic churches, charming streets to explore, and the famous Pink Street, known for its nightlife and bars. We couldn't have asked for a better base to explore Lisbon. We also loved the hotel's interior design, and the thoughtful gift that housekeeping left on our bed on our final night was a lovely touch and a real sign of the care the team puts into their guests' experience.

− There were only a couple of small areas where the experience could have been improved. At breakfast, the à la carte portions felt quite modest. For example, we ordered bacon and received just two slices each, which felt a little light for two six-foot men. The other disappointment was the bar service one evening. We returned to the hotel hoping to enjoy a drink outside, but were told the outdoor seating area had closed and that we could only sit indoors. However, there was still a group outside finishing their meal and drinks, who remained there for quite some time afterwards. It felt as though we could easily have been accommodated for a single drink, so this seemed like a missed opportunity to offer a little more flexibility for hotel guests. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The hotel is stylish, peaceful, perfectly located, and the team made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our visit. We'd happily stay here again on our next trip to Lisbon.

Atendimento dos funcionários e instalações Limpeza e elegância na decoração Café da manhã na medida certa, sem muita variedade mas bem servido, com self-service e lá carte. Restaurante do hotel com cardápio gostoso

− A localização em rua fechada dificulta a chegada e saída com malas . Dito isto, os funcionários foram muito gentis e ajudaram com as malas e sacolas

Great Location and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Also, they very kindly give you little treats ☺️.

− The room was very small. I was travelling solo so it was fine but it would be a tight squeeze for a couple.

So close to the city center and the staff were so accommodating and nice! The room in itself was small but it’s okay because it was so clean and cozy
