10.01. 地段很好，在历史街区内，又闹中取静，到几大景点和西班牙台阶购物区都可以步行，一两百米外的人民广场有地铁站方便出行。公寓对门的餐厅是我十几年前就很喜欢的AD HOC，主打松露套餐，非常推荐。 2. 有设计感，设施也很好。有些细节是我比较关注的，实际上这家公寓都很不错，比如床垫的软硬程度、浴室热水的加热速度与稳定程度、无线网络的速度、空调效果、厨具和洗衣机的卫生程度等。另外，房间里的酒水饮料是免费的。 3. 服务沟通方便快捷，凭密码自行入住，有三道门很安全，可以用whatsapp与工作人员沟通，退房时可以寄存行李，也可以代约送机。 4. 公寓没有每日清洁，会额外多备一些换洗毛巾、卫生纸、床上用品供客人使用，如果需要打扫房间，需提前预约，每次40欧，
− 高级公寓的房型有ABC三套，其中B套较小，AC套较大，硬件配置是相同的，收费一样。建议以后分两个档位定价，或者提前在网站上详细说明，以免与预期有落差。不过这次还是很感谢工作人员协助换了更大的套房，家人都非常满意。
