10.0Host gentilissimo, mantiene comunicazione costante. Camera silenziosa, molto pulita e molto curata. Posizione strategica per girare a piedi, ma anche ben servita da bus, metro e taxi.

Excelente lugar/ubicación/atención
10.0Marco siempre estuvo en contacto con nosotros y dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo lo que fue la llegada autónoma. El lugar es cómodo, grande y con aire acondicionado (que hay que eliminar el condensado, pero no es problema). Está ubicado cerca de la estación de trenes (a unos 10 min), pero el lugar no es peligroso, además de estar a 20 min caminando de lo principal que uno quiere ver en Roma. Cama cómoda y con un sector común por si uno quisiese preparar alguna comida. Se agradece esa botella de agua de 1 litro que se puede refrigerar y todos los snacks de bienvenida

Nice quiet stay close to station and Basilica Papale di Santa Maria Maggiore
10.0The location is perfect, just a bit of walk from the station, close enough that feels convenient but not too close and feel unsafe. Despite the fact that it is right across the Basilica Papale di Santa Maria Maggiore which is a major tourist spot, the room feels safe with 3 layers of securied (a total of 3 door codes needed from street to the room). Also the room was very quiet for a nice sleep. The common area is nice with all necessities. The room itself is also comfy with stable wifi, air-conditioning and shower water supply. The host is very helpful and respond to request very timely with some tourist tips.
− The elevator is old style and sometimes malfunction. On our checkout day the elevator literally broke down right in the middle when we move down our luggages, so we had to use the stairs instead. Communications are mainly through whatsapp but I personally would prefer to do it through the official channel, particularly when it is about personal data and payment.

6.0Good location. Almost good design. Almost good staff
− Extremely small room, small bed, unconfortable bed. Under power air conditioning, in morning the room w 25° with conditioner at max power all night.. . While outside it was also 25°. So we decided to even not stay 1 night there but they didn't want to make a gesture to cancel our last nights but asked us to return keys earlier to avoid city taxes (that has nothing to do with keys). Price was so high as hotel but with less confort. It doesn't worth it in my opinion
