No es recomendable si no queréis empezar mal vuestras vacaciones! Check in pésimo.

− No lo recomiendo en absoluto!. Check in pésimo. Se supone que te envían un mensaje con las claves para acceder al edificio y la habitación ( no antes de las 15:00h) pero ese mensaje no llegaba. Lo reclamé en varias ocasiones y no contestaban. Estuvimos más de 2 horas esperando a que contestaran en la puerta del edificio pasando mucho calor y, tras varios mensajes reclamando acceder a la habitación, al fin llegó el mensaje con un teléfono para llamar y acceder al edificio y un código para acceder donde estaban las habitaciones que no funcionaba!!!. Otra vez a reclamar y tras volver a esperar a que contestaran, al fin pudimos acceder a otro código para acceder a la habitación. Horroroso! Si no queréis empezar muy mal vuestras vacaciones en Florencia no os lo recomiendo en absoluto. Nos sentimos totalmente desamparados.

− le check in, on ne sait pas trop quelle chambre on réserve, aucune isolation, équipements parfois inutilisables
Nice room, a little stuffy, but comfortable
8.0The bed was very comfortable, its an excellent location for exploring. There were towels and TP available outside the door. Modern and up to date.
− The AC didn't work great. The shower tray overflowed with water. And once you turned on the jacuzzi jets, it smelled like Sulphur. The street getting cleaned every night at around 1am is fun!
