Look for a hotel not so central if you want a good nights sleep
4.0The property was clean and staff welcoming
− Whilst the location was very central the area gets very busy. Outside the hotels is very noisy with bins being collected in the early hours and the road sweepers out. We did not sleep well. Breakfast is not included but offered at a nearby hotel for €30 each. When paying the amount per night for this property this should be included! I would not stay here again, nor recommend it.

9.0Breakfast not included but the hotel has a concession agreement with a super hotel No bar but not really an issue as its position is so brilliant by the Duomo
− Everything about the Duomo lux suites really excellent. It’s central position however means that it can be a bit noisy in the early hours of the morning - cleaning cobbles, emptying bins etc
We had a great stay in general. Staff was helpful and we enjoyed the beautiful room we stayed in.
10.0The entrance was not that gorgeous, but we were surprised by the spacious and gorgeous room.
− The entrance to the building was not enticing, building looked old, and the lift was tight.

9.0Great location. Everything is within a 5-15 min walk. Wonderful roof top that provides a spectacular view!!!
− Water pressure in shower was not as strong as what you would expect but certainly adequate
You are in the heart of the culture and beauty of Florence when you stay at this hotel.
10.0The staff were very welcoming and personally showed us to our room and went over everything included during our stay. We had beverages and snacks replenished daily at no cost. Our room was cleaned daily and staff were very quick t provide us anything we needed in our room.
