3.0The location was overall good and there were enough towels. Communication with the guy working for the agency was ok.
− The place is situated on the 4th floor but there is no lift. The agency taking care of this listing did not mention that as i would have not selected this place. I attended an expo held at Gran Fiera and needed to look smart, however, there was no Iron to iron my shirts and although I did ask for one, this was not provided. The place is not cheap. In total it cost me 423€ for 4 nights. This included the price, additional taxes ( 25€) and an extra 30€ euro that was imposed on me since my check in was on a Sunday. On the first day when I booked the apartment and paid the listing amount of 368€ this was not mentioned but only afterwards and i was not receiving the notification to my email showing i had a new message from the agency. I did inform them about this but i was forced to pay or else I would have not had the possibility to enter the premises and cancellation would have meant that I would have lost all the money already paid. I'd like to make an official complaint and also request a partial refund of the total amount paid, the minimum accepted amount being 50€.

Please take into account the following important information before booking:
- Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.
-Baby crib: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.
-Extra guest: Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night. Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros.
- If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros. - If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.
