6.0− Communication from staff was poor, they did not answer any of our questions or requests. No body wash or shampoo, hand wash was empty, and no instructions on things like wifi

− Had to purchase more toilet paper as only just over 2 rolls were in the property which for a group of 4 adults staying over 3 nights was never going to be enough.

− O check in é feito on-line e poderia ser mais simples.O apartamento não fica 15 minutos da ponte Vecchio.Vc usará 21 minutos até a ponte.O terraço,não é privativo fica de frente para todos os outros vizinhos do condomínio.Tb poderia ser melhor tratado,estava desorganizado e sujo .A cozinha precisa de mais utensílios.Não tem facas,nem serras para cortar pão ,não tem tábua de cortar.

− Couldn’t figure out the air conditioning buttons or were not working The check in website totally crashed very unnecessary takes longer and asking for more information than airlines
