8.0Wunderbar ruhige Lage mit viel Grün im Quartier. Restaurant, Bar, kleine Läden ums Eck. Sehr bequeme Betten.
− Die Küche/Wohnzimmer ist nicht sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Ein neues Sofa wäre kein Luxus. Die Küche war nicht super sauber. Die Kaffeemaschine hat nicht funktioniert und konnte während der Dauer unseres Aufenthalts nicht repariert werden.

− Geen woonkamer, je zit dus altijd in de keuken. Maar dat is ms heel gebruikelijk in Venetie? Airco in de keuken maar niet in de slaapkamers
Great accomodation in a nice and quite area. Liked all facilities, thanks for good kitchen as well.
9.0We got instructions before coming, and then on the arrival day, it was a conversation on WhatsApp with the host's assistant so we could reach the property on time. The property was nice, clean, and with a high ceiling in the quiet area. There was a football stadium near us, but it didn't bother us at all. The bathroom was equipped very well, with good beds and design. The kitchen was well equipped too - lots of stuff. The flat had a good smell, a nice little yard, good wi-fi, attractive accessories. So we had everything we needed.
− It'd be nice to have more blankets/duves and spare towels. The coffee machine wasn't boiling the water. Instructions on the garbage were a bit of a challenge, but it was definitely a lack of our Venice experience. So overall it was all good.
Relaxing stay with easy access to the Biennale, which was our travel objective.
10.0Perfect location to visit the Venice Biennale, peaceful neighborhood, the only "green" area in Venice, very cozy and high quality pizzerias, osterias and trattorias in short walking distance. Ample of space for 4 ~ 5 people, fully organized kitchen with all necessary equipment, brand new design bathroom, plenty of hot water, fully air conditioned and automatic heating with gas boiler etc...
− Very expensive boat tickets, high beer prices, lack of meat choices in the restaurants. Everything else was just fine. The lack of supermarkets in close range is very upsetting because you have to carry everything on foot a long way from Via Garibaldi !
