Apt 3, Soho Apartments 2nd & 3rd floors by Indigo Flats

Hot, no AC, super small bathroom, left after 1 nt of 7 nt stay.

Location.

− We were extremely disappointed with our stay and ended up leaving after just one night of our seven-night reservation. The biggest issue was that the flat has no air conditioning, something that was not made sufficiently clear in the listing. With today’s increasingly hot summers, especially during a heat wave, this is a major omission. The only way to cool the apartment was by opening the windows, which meant enduring constant street noise throughout the night. Also this was not the room where guests slept. The sleeping rooms allowed for only a very small crack in the window, which was extremely insufficient. While the host did provide one additional fan after we raised the issue, they were simply not adequate to cool the flat. A portable air conditioning unit would have made a tremendous difference. The bathroom was also far below expectations. The shower was extremely small, as was the sink, making it uncomfortable for our family to use. Certainly not enough space for a family of four to unpack toiletries. The beds were also quite uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. On top of that, there were barely enough towels provided for our stay.  Given the heat, the noise, and the lack of comfort, we decided to move to another flat with air conditioning & space after the first night. We asked the host for some type of accommodation or partial refund or even moving to another of their hosted rentals, since we could not complete our stay, but none was offered. Overall, I would recommend considering another property, especially during the summer months and even more, so if traveling with children. There are many better options in Soho or even nearby, that provide basic comforts and a more comfortable place to sleep.

La ubicación estaba muy bien y el apartamento era suficientemente amplio, tanto el salón como las habitaciones. Tenía todo lo necesario, incluso había café, té y azúcar suficiente para varios días. Igual con el papel higiénico y con el gel y champú. Todo funcionaba perfectamente. Limpio.

− Solo había un baño y estaba en la planta de arriba junto con una de las dos habitaciones de matrimonio. En las habitaciones solo había una cortina que dejaba entrar mucha luz por la mañana y amanece muy temprano. Hay moqueta en las habitaciones y la escalera, no es muy higiénico. La ducha tiene poca presión.

L’emplacement

− L’appartement est moyen, il y a des moquettes dans les chambres et elles ne sont pas en bon état, la salle de bains est vraiment minuscule et nous avons eu des problèmes de fuites d’eaux, dans la chambre au RDC avec la fenêtre ouverte, on entend très bien la ventilation/climatisation de l’immeuble à côté, la literie dans le chambre sont plutôt inconfortable, ainsi que les oreillers. Nous avons informé l’agence Infigo Flats des problèmes que nous avons constaté dans l’appartement et ils sont éteint réactifs pour résoudre le problème, Caroline a été très aimable.

− Scale ripide, moquette nelle camere (non è immacolata), no usb, tende poco oscuranti, doccia e lavandino erano ostruiti

− Geen flexibiliteit en alleen 1 wc. Schoonmaakster kwam om 09.30 uur en vragen ze gaan jullie vandaag weg toch? Ik moest ga zowiezo om 10.00 uur weg
