I liked the location because we chose it ourselves

− We had a rest in Istanbul from June 7-14. Great weather, good location of the apartment in the old town near the metro and the T1 bus stop. Since we arrived at night, we chose an apartment with contactless check-in at 00:00. BUT ... the owner of the apartment informed us that he was sleeping at night and if we wanted to check in at night, we had to pay him $ 35, we refused to pay and then the most interesting thing began. We arrived at 2 a.m., and he gave us the wrong code for the front door on the street, and we had to sit outside for 2.5 hours and wait for our Turkish friends to reach him. It turned out that the owner just changed the code, but he didn't tell us about it. He apologized and explained that it was an accident, but the people who got to Istanbul for 18 hours did not believe it. Further, there was no Wi-Fi connection in the apartment, we also solved this issue for several days, thanks to the Wi-Fi appeared. I would also like to wish the landlord of the apartment to control the moment of cleaning. The apartment is dirty, the summer season is just beginning, there will be a lot of tourists and everyone wants comfort. The fan and air conditioners are dirty, the remotes are not working, the carpenter holders are torn off in the bathroom, there is no mat or towel for the feet. These may be small things, but we hope that the owner will take into account all the shortcomings so that other tourists have a better rest than us.
