− No a/c Not enough toilet paper, there were only 2 for 4 poeple for one week. No refuse bags Its a bit old appartmet

8.0En pleno barrio del Soho. Muy cerca de todo para ir andando. Muchos restautantes y cafeterías. Muy fácil el acceso con códigos. Hay bastante menaje de cocina aunque no nos hizo falta porque comíamos fuera siempre.
− Con la ola de calor, la moqueta de las habitaciones daba más calor. Había ventiladores en cada habitación y fue de agradecer.

9.0Great and comfy property and at an amazing location. Closer to the oxford street in the heart of the downtown city. Underground Tube stations also near by. Lot's of shopping and restaurants around you. We looked for halal food and found easily everywhere. 🙂😀🙂

7.0Great location in Soho and the flat is fairly large by London standard, comfortable for a family of 4. Soho can be noisy at night but not so much the case here.
− The flat sits on top of restaurant kitchens and there are heavy kitchen smells coming into the flat. Cleaning was also average when we entered the flat.

− Dusche braucht Übung, entweder kalt oder heiss, aber es geht. Boden im Bad defekt, bräuchte Reparatur.

We have good IT support and issues are usually resolved in a timely manner. Any maintenance issues reported to us can sometimes take up to 48 hours to repair/replace, unless extremely urgent. However, we endeavor to resolve any issues as soon as possible. As the apartment is in central London, some street noise may be heard when inside the apartment. This is unavoidable with construction sites close by. We will report any construction activity outside reasonable hours to the council. We do not supply 3 pin adapters. Please bring your own to the property. We are unable to inspect empty boxes and bags left in the property for mislaid items and cannot be held responsible for any losses. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
